Date - 30th May
Time - 9am - 2pm
Venue - Toa Payoh south community centre .
Organisation - Xinyuan Community Care
Project - organise party for about 150 elderly

9am - 10.30am - set up of decorations tables & chairs . At about 10.10 some students will help to push e handicapped folks to the venue .

10.30am - start of party

10.30 - 11.40 - performance

11.45pm - lunch .

12.30pm - end of lunch .

12.30 - 1.30pm - luckydraw and performance .

1.30pm - 2pm - clearing up .


Performance .

Hafiz & Eugene play e song xiaowei on guitar .
some sing along .

can sing e song yue liang dai biao wo de xin . =D

maybe can think of some simple games . =D

others interact with elderly and try to get them enthu . =D


Decorations .

Includes banner, ballons or crepe paper or smth .
preparations for e luckydraw .
